And not just ANY Addams Family musical. Music is by Andrew Lippa. Book is by the guys who wrote Jersey Boys. Bebe Neuwirth and Nathan Lane are Morticia and Gomez, and uber-understudy Krysta Rodriguez is finally getting her big break as Wednesday. And did I mention there are puppets involved?!? It’s like every thing I could ever want in a Broadway musical is actually happening.

It’s not coming to Broadway until Spring 2010, but hey, anybody with ticket connections: CALL ME.

(Pardon me for being completely and totally out of touch when it comes to the musical theater world. This stuff used to be so my jam and now…I just logged onto Broadway.com for the first time in about a year and am like, whoa, Idina Menzel was pregnant? Regina Spektor is writing a musical? The Lion King is still around!? But what do I know, the last musical I actually saw was Young Frankenstein.)

Yep! The Adams Family musical should be awesome.
